We will discuss current health status, medical history, weight loss journey, obtain vitals/BMI, obtain and discuss blood work, and schedule follow up appointments. Our all-inclusive custom program includes nutritional/exercise support with weekly check-ins (virtual or in-person), 1 free IV Therapy + 1 booster monthly, in addition to all medications.

This Zoom-based consult allows for discussion of current health status, medical history, weight loss journey, labs necessary, and treatment plan. A Zoom link will be sent to you, please login to the meeting 5 mins prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid any technical delays.

Priced at $250, if approved to start, labs will be sent to your local Labcorp or Quest, and total consult price is $500.

Following full approval after labs, the monthly fee is $125 for management. Additional costs are collected from the delivering pharmacy.

For established patients (those who have completed any Wellness appointment in the past six months), who simply need a lab draw done. A robust and comprehensive variety of labs are available for health, hormone, travel, disease, sexual health, etc. The lab test will be added to the $100 fee with prices ranging from $5-$500 depending on labs needed.
