We offer a variety of clinical and business training options that are customized to your learning objectives.
Ashley is proud to be a National Trainer for Allergan Medical Institute and Galderma GAIN Faculty since 2021, serving on the Allergan Advisory Board since 2024, as well as Founding Faculty for Evolus since 2025. In addition to speaking at many national conferences, she is also a Founding Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and Trainer for Toskani. She can be requested and booked through your Business Development Manager(s) or Brand Representative(s).

SHADOW
A typical shadow day consists of 6-8 hours to provide an opportunity to observe "a day in the life of an aesthetic nurse practitioner.
You will arrive one hour prior to the start of the patient day and shadow through whatever pops up on the schedule.
All shadow days are guaranteed 6-hour minimum. While this is not meant to be a Q&A or 'training' day, we will review any questions that may arise at the end of the business day.
The goal is to provide a realistic picture of the workflow, tasks, and patient management performed daily- all while juggling the business side of things as a sole provider.
PRIVATE ONE ON ONE
Private 1:1 training is customizable to your specific needs ranging from 4-8 hours. Whether you are new to injecting or looking to enhance your skills after being in practice for a little while, we will work with you to ensure that your goals are met.
This includes a 15-minute virtual prep meeting prior to the training to assess and outline your needs so that we can maximize your time!

COACHING/MENTOR CALLS
This 30 minute call is to discuss a particular clinical or business question you may have regarding aesthetic business ownership, mentorship or clinical guidance via Zoom.
If you would like a longer session please book concurrently or reach out to training@aiyanaatelier.com if a more customized virtual meeting should be coordinated.
GROUP TRAINING
Group training affords the opportunity for you and your team to learn, team build, and feel safe to ask questions in an intimate setting.
We will work with you and your team to establish skill and training needs, review content and artifacts available to enhance learning and retention, and any logistical planning.
These trainings are custom tailored and can include product, hands on and off participation, and models if needed.
