THE BRIDAL & EVENT
TIMELINE
The Aiyana skin and injectable journey for your big event.
True radiance isn’t created in the final weeks before your event, it’s curated over time. The most beautiful results come from a thoughtful, strategic plan that refines gradually and removes guesswork.
At Aiyana Atelier, we approach bridal and event prep with intention. Every treatment is timed with precision, allowing you to evolve naturally - never rushed, never overdone.
A PERSONAlized planWhat to know before you start:
The ideal time to start is 9–12 months before your wedding. We’ve worked magic in much shorter time spans if you are limited on time, but to avoid undue stress for you and the dreaded Murphy’s Law, then we do want you to have as much time as possible.
If you’re engaged or have an event on your calendar, this is the perfect moment to begin. We’ll create a personalized, phased plan designed to have your skin looking effortless, refined, and truly radiant.
12 Months BeforeBuild the Foundation
The planning starts! When you get engaged, or have an invitation to a big event, or planning on celebrating a milestone birthday, whatever it is that is important to you, that is the perfect time to start mapping out a timeline. This is where real transformation begins.
Focus on:
Creating a realistic timeline of events that you want to feel beautiful for with dates.
Think engagement photos, bachelorette party, rehearsal dinner etc. Once we have a list of important dates, we can create a customized timeline tailored to your goals to keep you looking your best every step of the way.
Think about what your goals are: skin, facial balancing, sharper jawline, wellness, etc.
Maybe you have acne or pigment you want to address, maybe you have expression lines you want gone, or maybe you have been considering facial balancing with filler for some time but haven't taken the leap. Now is a good time to think about what you want to look like on the big day. Not sure what would look best? We are happy to help with this part during your consultation!
For any skin concerns, we highly recommend beginning a series of microneedling, alternating with chemical peels as early as you can in the timeline. Many skin treatments require time to see results and several sessions. Microneedling and peels can target surface skin imperfections and create long term collagen growth that will ultimately give you the “glow” everyone wants on their big day.
You may want or need to do a NeoGen treatment which we love but results for this plasma energy device can take 5 months or longer on occasion.
If injectables are on your radar - begin your tox treatments now.
Whether you are new to injectables, or are a seasoned pro, the perfect tox treatment can take a few sessions to really nail down depending on your anatomy and goals. It's also a good time to trial new areas you have been considering such as the lower face, neck or jawline. The earlier you can start in the timeline, the better, and plan that your final treatment will be six weeks prior to the event date. Don’t worry, we do the math for you!
Why this matters:
Collagen stimulation and corrective treatments take time. Starting early allows us to improve skin quality in a way that is both safe and beautifully natural. For tox, as we mentioned before, starting early gives us time to adjust dose and placement to find your “perfect” tox results, and it allows you to experiment with new areas without the risk of something feeling off on your big day.
6 Months BeforeRefine & Perfect
By now, your skin is already improving, this phase is about elevating it.
Focus on:
Maintenance microneedling or laser (when appropriate). Continuing these treatments builds on the foundation of collagen and correction.
Tox Refinement
Felt heavy with the last treatment? Had too much movement? Your second session allows us to make adjustments from the previous one. Or maybe your tox was perfect and we are just focusing on continuing to soften expression lines. Remember, deep lines didn't appear overnight (even though sometimes it feels like they do), and they will take time to fully disappear.
Considering filler?
Now is the time to start. Filler takes 4-6 weeks to fully settle, and we need time to adjust if needed. That means 3 months MINIMUM before your wedding should be the last time you are treated with filler.
This is a refinement phase. Have timelines changed? Are your goals the same? A good time to check in with your provider. Now is the time for for thoughtful enhancement.
3 Months BeforeLock It In
At this stage, everything should feel predictable and aligned.
Focus on:
Maintaining skin treatments such as microneedling, peels and laser.
Subtle lip filler boost for hydration (If needed or desired).
A consistent, supportive skincare routine.
By now you should be seeing the changes we have planned for. Pigment is lighter, acne has resolved, rosacea is tamed. Excitement is kicking in!
4-6 Weeks BeforeFinal Tox Treatment
This is the last treatment before the big day! We should be continuing what we have already perfected. Do not introduce anything new. No new product, no new areas. Tox takes 2-3 weeks to settle, and we need time to adjust if needed.
Focus on:
Final tox treatment.
This is a good time for your last microneedling session, chemical peel or laser.
Your skin is already where it needs to be. No experimenting. No surprises.
We are maintaining and perfecting, not introducing anything new. This is simply about enhancing the glow
2-3 Weeks BeforeThe Glow Phase
Now, we simplify.
What we avoid close to the event:
First-time filler
First-time tox
Aggressive resurfacing
New laser treatments
Anything with unpredictable downtime
Focus on:
Gentle facials — Think Glacial!
Gentle brightening.
Very small tox adjustments if needed, NOT a entire treatment. Think wiggly eyebrows or bigger brow lift.
No aggressive treatments.
No first-time injectables.
No last-minute risks.
THE AIYANA APPROACH
Planned with intention. Timed to perfection.
Every treatment should be tested before the big day.
We build your plan around your dress fittings, bridal events, engagement photos, and honeymoon timeline, ensuring everything unfolds seamlessly.
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing the right things, at the right time.
