Founder, Owner, and Nurse Practitioner | Aesthetic Injector

Ashley Carmen, FNP-C, is the founder, owner, and provider at Aiyana Atelier - Alexandria. She is renowned for her meticulous eye for detail and comprehensive consultations. With over 15 years of nursing experience, she guides patients in making informed decisions about their aesthetic journey, focusing on natural enhancements and addressing root issues.

Highly respected in the aesthetics community, Ashley has garnered numerous accolades and been featured in prominent publications such as Modern Luxury DC and VIP Alexandria Magazine. She has also been a guest on the Aesthetic Record podcast, sharing her expertise with a wider audience. She is the Co-Founder for Aesthetic Multipliers which seeks to mentor the next generation of aesthetic providers, as well as The Aesthetics Injector Gang Podcast discussing the in and outs of being an aesthetic provider.

Ashley’s passion for education and training is evident in her roles as faculty for a variety of national conferences, a national trainer for Allergan Medical Institute, Galderma, and Evolus, as well as her in-house training offerings of private shadows/trainings.

Committed to giving back, Ashley actively supports her Old Town Alexandria and Middleburg communities and constantly seeks new ways to contribute. Outside the studio, you'll find her enjoying local experiences, cuddling with her fur baby, or spending leisurely days boating with her husband. She also has a love for travel.

Angela Burleson has been a practicing Family Nurse Practitioner for over 7 years focusing in the specialties of Ear, Nose and Throat, Head and Neck Surgery, and Facial Plastic Surgery. Her extensive background and keen aesthetic eye have married to create a deep appreciation for facial anatomy, which she uses to help guide her comprehensive and individualized treatment plans. She prides herself on helping her patients achieve their aesthetic goals in line with their own natural beauty. She consistently seeks out education and training opportunities to provide her patients with the most innovative treatments available. She is the sole injector at Aiyana Atelier’s second location in the heart of Middleburg, Virginia. Outside of work, she appreciates her fur babies and fine wines. She has recently started enjoying quiet sunsets on her new farm with her husband, riding horses, and caring for all her new chickens! Joy’s journey in skincare began during her high school years with a make-up artistry certification, leading to a rich career in aesthetic services. As a former clinic instructor at the Esthetic Institute in Vienna, VA, Joy has trained countless students in the art of skincare consultations and treatment selection. Her specialty lies in advanced treatments for multicultural skin, including laser treatments, chemical peels, and various other modalities. Joy's commitment to continuing education keeps her at the forefront of technological advances in the field making her the perfect fit for Aiyana Atelier in the launch of our NeoGen - PSR device. When she's not helping clients achieve their skincare goals, Joy enjoys traveling the world with her husband and spending quality time with her fur baby! Morgan Hoskins is a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with a degree in Exercise Science, dedicated to helping people translate their wellness journey into real, lasting results. She specializes in nutrition coaching, strength training, muscle preservation, and metabolic health, working alongside Aiyana's wellness patients to bridge the gap between treatment plans and everyday life.

Morgan believes that true transformation doesn't come from prescriptions alone. It comes from the habits you build between appointments. Her approach is practical, personalized, and rooted in the science of how the body actually works. Whether she's helping a client nail their protein intake, build a sustainable strength routine, or simply feel more energized day to day, Morgan meets people exactly where they are. She is passionate about making the process feel approachable and empowering, supporting Aiyana's patients in feeling stronger, more confident, and fully equipped to make their wellness goals a reality.

Alesha Luzzi

Executive Assistant and Administrative Coordinator

Alesha Luzzi serves as the Executive Assistant and Administrative Coordinator at Aiyana Atelier, where she helps keep day-to-day operations running seamlessly while supporting founder Ashley Carmen behind the scenes. Known for her organization, attention to detail, and dedication to exceptional client experiences, Alesha plays an integral role in ensuring both patients and the team feel supported every step of the way.

Alesha graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and holds an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Northern Virginia Community College. With over two decades of customer service experience and more than ten years supporting executive leadership within the federal government as an Executive Assistant, she transitioned naturally into the world of aesthetics, bringing her expertise in operations, communication, and client care to Aiyana Atelier.

Outside of the studio, Alesha enjoys staying active through pilates, softball, pickleball, and hiking, as well as expressing her creativity through crafting. Most importantly, she cherishes spending time with her husband, their son, Governor, and their three cats.

Meet Governor Glass – Head of Human Resources (HR)

Governor may be the newest member of the Aiyana team, but he takes his role as Head of Human Resources very seriously. Specializing in morale boosting, mandatory cuddle breaks, and keeping the team smiling, Governor ensures everyone maintains a healthy work-life balance. While his office hours may be unpredictable, his leadership style revolves around charm, snacks, and occasional supervisory naps. When he’s not “working”, Governor enjoys spending time with his mom and dad and keeping a watchful eye over the family’s three cats.
