PERFECT FOR: Those who want the all-included, no thoughts needed approach. From every 6 week appointments to quarterly treatments, it’s all done ahead of time and paid for!

    • Treatments are available every 90 days (12 weeks); no early treatments permitted

    • 3 consecutive prior to the first tox treatment and for the first earned credit redemption

    • Membership requires a 12-month commitment

    • Society Membership fees are auto-drafted monthly on the 1st to the card on file

    • A minimum of three (3) consecutive monthly payments must be completed prior to the first tox treatment


    Memberships may not be paused or transferred once initiated, however you may increase your tier at any time.
    Discounts apply to regularly priced services and retail only and exclude packages, bundles, and promotional pricing

    **Tox membership includes aesthetic full-face areas only; exclusions include, but are not limited to the following areas: forehead, glabella, brow lift, crows feet, jelly roll, bunny lines, gummy smile/lip flip, DAO, chin, jawline
    – Masseter (TMJ), Trap tox, Trigger Point(s), and Hyperhidrosis are additional under medical
    – Platysmal bands (neck) are add-on ($650)

    • All treatments are provided at the clinical discretion of the provider
